Private Swim Instructors – All regions across Vancouver Island
Lifeguards for Events & Pool Parties
Aqua Yoga & Adult Fitness Instructors
Adaptive Aquatics Instructors – Specialists in neurodiverse and inclusive instruction
Mobile Instructors – For home pools (vehicle required)
🎯 Pay starts between $36–$60/hour, with average earnings around $55/hour.

We’re Looking For
Certified swim instructors (Lifesaving Society, Red Cross, or equivalent)
Strong communication and people skills
CPR & First Aid certified
Passion for working with children, families, and diverse learners
Bonus: Experience with adaptive aquatics, behavioural support, or neurodiverse kids
